Polly opened BTS in the year 2000 as a Woman-Owned Minority Business.
VERNON BURDITT
Co-Founder and Vice-President
Vernon has over 50 years of experience in the tile & stone industry. He co-founded BTS in 2000 and has extensive estimating, project management and technical/mechanical skill in all aspects of the trade.
JUDY MARTINEZ
Co-founder and Controller
Judy is an owner and co-founder of BTS. She oversees financial operations and has completed the AGC Project Management Course and the Bexar County Mentor/Protègè Program.
JESSIE CARDINAL
Human Resources
Jessie has been with BTS since 2016 and enjoys her role as the HR Manager.
SHAWN FLATT
Estimator
Shawn has been with BTS since 2007. He oversees all aspects of project estimation.
TARA FLATT
Estimating Assistant
Tara has over 18 years of experience in accounting and administration . She works closely with project development through the submittal process.
STEVE SMITH
Safety Officer
Steve joined the BTS team in 2008. His 34 years of experience includes contract negotiation and management. He has completed the OSHA 500 and 510 Outreach Trainer Programs and is authorized by OSHA to train 10 and 30 hour hazard recognition courses.
CODY SMITH
Accounts Receivable
Cody has worked in accounts receivable and warehouse management since 2007. He has worked on accounts receivable in construction and technology industries.
JASMIN WINSTON
Administrative Assistant
Jasmin has been with BTS since 2010. Shes provides customer service to BTS visitors and clients.
FIELD LEADERSHIP
FRANCISCO MANCILLA
Driver
Francisco has been with BTS since 2008. He has OSHA 10-hour training and is forklift certified. His previous experience includes being a field supervisor and floor repairman.
